Eligibility Criteria for Candidates
Should be ESSO members at the time they submit their application
Should have completed a full surgical training in their country of origin and declare intention of specializing in a sub-specialty of surgical oncology
If they wish to visit a Breast, PSM or Sarcoma Unit, candidates should select the institution to be visited among the ESSO referral centers. For any other specialty, the choice of the institution is free.
Should not have been selected for a previous ESSO Educational Grant
Should start the training period within one year following notification
* Applicants should visit an institution located in a country other than their current country. European applicants may choose to visit European or non-European units, while non-European applicants must choose to visit a European centre.

It should outline the activities the candidate will be involved in during their visit. Requested at the end of the selection process for selected candidates only.

After their visit, selected candidates also will be asked to :
- To produce a complete report on their visit and make it available for the ESSO newsletter and social media
- Acknowledge the grant received from ESSO in related publication (if any)
