ESSO Young Surgeons Alumni Club Research Grants
Eligibility Criteria for Candidates
Must be ESSO members at the time they submit the application
Must be specialists, trainees or junior doctors with a declared intention of specialising in a sub-specialty of surgical oncology
Must be 40 years old or younger
Should not have been selected for a previous EYSAC Research Grant or ESSO Educational Grant
Should start the training period within one year following notification
* Applicants should visit an institution located in a country other than their current country. European applicants may choose to visit European or non-European units, while non-European applicants must choose to visit a European centre.

After their visit, selected candidates also will be asked to :
- To produce a complete report on their fellowship and make it available for the ESSO newsletter and social media
- Acknowledge the grant received from ESSO in related publication (if any)
