Aim of the webinar

This ESSO-SBCO collaborative webinar will explore the emerging role of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in the management of peritoneal metastases from colorectal cancer, particularly in the selection of patients for cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). Expert faculty from Europe, North America, and Latin America will share the latest evidence on ctDNA as a prognostic and predictive biomarker, its implications for recurrence monitoring, and its potential to refine patient selection strategies.
